Photos of Cornwall with Emma’s Thoughts

My photos of Cornwall section has always been one of my favourites. Not surprising really considering how much I love my home county. Today I have a new addition from the writer of Emma’s Thoughts.

What brought you to Cornwall – if you don’t live here?

We visited in 2014 for our very first family holiday when Jake was just 6 months old and loved it so much that we returned the following year.

Where is your favourite place in Cornwall?

That is a tough one because we tried to visit so many places whilst we were there. In terms of beaches, I really loved Sandymouth which is where we stayed. As for attractions, my favourite place to visit has to be The Eden Project.

What camera/mobile phone do you usually use for your photos?

We used a very small canon camera which has since broken I’m afraid to say, so I am currently only using my phone.

If you could take a photograph of anyone or anywhere in the world, where or who would you choose?

It would have to be of the wildlife on the African plains. I would love to visit Africa and go on safari, it is a lifelong dream.

Describe Cornwall in a maximum of three words:

Stunning, friendly, breathtaking

Pasty or Cream tea?

Cream tea every time!

If you could be anywhere in the World right now doing anything, what would you be doing and where?

As it is so cold right now, I would love to be on a golden beach, soaking up the sun. Hawaii would be a great place to holiday to.

Please tell me a random fact about you?

I was married on a beach in Rhodes in 2012.

Thank you Emma! A golden sunny beach does sound pretty tempting right now with it being cold and soggy outside!

If you would like to take part in Photos of Cornwall, then drop me an email at acornishmum@aol.com and I will tell you what you need to do. You don’t need to be a blogger or a professional photographer, it is open to anyone who wants to share their love of Cornwall.

Thanks so much for featuring me. There were so many pictures to choose from I could have probably given you 5 pages worth! There are so many hidden treasures in Cornwall and I think we forget about holidaying in the UK when it is so easy to hop on a plane. I’m glad we discovered it all :)
