Welcome to another edition of Photos of Cornwall, this time with Amy from All Things Amy.
What brought you to Cornwall – if you don’t live here?
I was born in Hampshire but I’ve lived in Cornwall since I was 3!
Where is your favourite place in Cornwall?
There are so many places in Cornwall that I’ve yet to explore. I’m in the very south, so don’t often venture far due to lack of transport. It’s hard to pick my favourite but I absolutely love Rinsey.
It’s a secluded little cove with a small beach, the sand is untouched, it’s just so beautiful and always somewhere I go if I need to take a moment! I also love Penrose – Loe Bar, especially in the summer. It’s a gorgeous walk through woods, and alongside the bar which eventually leads to the beach; it’s beautiful and fab for dogs!
What camera/mobile phone do you usually use for your photos?
Shocking but I take all photos on my iPhone 5S!
If you could take a photograph of anyone or anywhere in the world, where or who would you choose?
Now this is tough, it’s a toss between Santorini or Central Park in the snow!
Describe Cornwall in a maximum of three words:
Beautiful beaches everywhere
Pasty or Cream tea?
I’m not a Cornish pasty fan so it would have to be a Cream tea. Although I’d never turn down a Philps pasty!
If you could be anywhere in the World right now doing anything, what would you be doing and where?
6 months into Motherhood so anything relaxing! I’d love to be floating in a cave pool in Santorini, surrounded by candles.
Please tell me a random fact about you?
I once won a choir competition but now make my baby cry if I sing All I Want For Christmas. Oops.
Thank you Amy, a cave pool sounds pretty amazing!
