Today my little space on the internet is three years old!
I am really trying to resist the urge to say how fast the last three years seem to have gone, as saying it makes me sound old. It has though and according to my children I am old anyway.
Apart from having my boys and going on that first date with Si, starting my blog three years ago is really the very best thing that I have ever done. It has changed my life in so many ways – it has also made my house a whole lot messier as I’m always busy whoops!
Last year we went on holiday to Universal Resort Orlando in the USA for a review stay because of my blog. That is something that would have taken us years to save up for, especially with some of the additional VIP touches. We had the most amazing time away, literally the holiday of a lifetime.
I have to say I am bloody proud that my family got an experience like that and all of the other ones they’ve had in the last three years, because of me and something that I created. It really is the best feeling.
My blog is my third baby and I still love writing it as much now as I did when I first started. I have loved working to improve my photography and writing skills. Working with some amazing brands and making some seriously brilliant friends through blogging.
I could do a list of what I love about blogging, but I pretty much covered that in my ‘A Cornish Mum is Two‘ post last year and it all still stands. My major blogging highs from last year though, included going to the USA, a stay with friends at Butlins Minehead, our visit to Dorset, our stay at Woodovis Park, finally going to BlogOn and BlogCamp on an actual cruise ship!
Overall 2017 was a pretty amazing year. I am so excited to see what 2018 and my fourth year of blogging will bring, the first three years will take a lot of beating!
Thank you to all of you who read my blog and like/comment/share etc on social media, it really is so appreciated and I have loved chatting to so many different people online in the last 3 years.
