It has been a while since I had a new addition to my Photos of Cornwall section, but I have one for you today. As usual it is in questionnaire form, with some photos of Cornwall for you to enjoy. This time from a fellow blogger – Bakes, Books and My Boys.
What brought you to Cornwall – if you don’t live here?:
I’ve been coming to Cornwall at least once a year since I was born. I have so many good memories of rock pooling, the gardens and pasties. We now come every year with my kids.
Where is your favourite place in Cornwall?
Hannafore Point, as the tides goes out and the rock pools appear.
What camera/mobile phone do you usually use for your photos?
If you could take a photograph of anyone or anywhere in the world, where or who would you choose?
The sun rising up along the estuary looking out to George island at Looe. I have a watercolour of it and lots of memories but to catch that atmosphere in a photo would be amazing.
Describe Cornwall in a maximum of three words
Wonderful, refreshing, heaven!
Pasty or Cream tea?
Umm both? I can’t decide that!
If you could be anywhere in the World right now doing anything, what would you be doing and where?
Ha ha it would have to be down in Cornwall. There is a little church just above Talland Bay and you can sit up just outside it and the seagulls swoop down in front of you, the waves crash on the rocks below and the air is fresh and salty. I would be sitting up there with a flask of coffee, a pasty and a book and the rest of my family. Pure, perfect, heaven.
Please tell me a random fact about you?
I’m a keen campanologist (bell enthusiast).
