Blog Name:

Hello Baby Blog

What brought you to Cornwall – if you don’t live here?:

We were very kindly invited to review Bosinver Farm Cottages and we had the most wonderful week exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. It was our first visit as a family and we were completely blown away! (you can find the review on Steph’s blog)

Where is your favourite place in Cornwall?:

It’s all so beautiful, but we had a fabulous day in St Ives. The glorious weather definitely helped.

What camera/mobile phone do you usually use for your photos?:

If I’m out and about on a daily basis I just use my iphone or my Canon G7x. But If I’m heading somewhere special or just want to take some really lovely photos I’ll use my Canon 5diii.

If you could take a photograph of anyone or anywhere in the world, where or who would you choose?:

It would have to be the Northern Lights, they look absolutely magical!

Describe Cornwall in a maximum of three words:

Beautiful, relaxed, coastal

Pasty or Cream tea?:

Cream tea every time!

If you could be anywhere in the World right now doing anything, what would you be doing and where?:

I would be on a beach in the Maldives having a whale of a time with our nearest and dearest.

Please tell me a random fact about you?:

I can speak Japanese; I studied Japanese and Business Studies at Leeds Uni and spent the most wonderful year of the course living in Toyko with one of my best friends. We had an absolute ball!

Thanks Steph, your photos or beautiful and I am so impressed you can speak Japanese!

I love looking at other people’s photos of Cornwall! St Ives is one of my favourite places too, it’s one of the prettiest towns in Cornwall although there are many. I tried to learn Japanese and it is hard, so I’m pretty jealous.

This has to be one of my favourite parts of your blog too. You always choose such beautiful photos and I love reading all about people’s experiences in the area too. I agree with Steph, St Ives is definitely my favourite place in Cornwall even though I’ve only been once. I visited on the most gorgeous summery day but it was still off-season so lovely and quiet (I’m not sure if it’d be the same during the holidays). With the white sand beaches it felt like I could’ve been somewhere other than England. I really should go back!

Wow you just made me want to dust of my passport and see the world again, I miss travelling before kids #picknmix
