A new addition to the Photos of Cornwall section, this time from Becky who writes PinksCharming. Including one of my favourite places, The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

What brought you to Cornwall – if you don’t live here?
We try to visit Cornwall every year, as it’s our favourite UK holiday destination. We also have friends who live near St Ives so we love to visit them as well as have some beach time.
Where is your favourite place in Cornwall?
That’s a hard question as there are so many beautiful places, but I think I would have to say the Minack Theatre. It’s such a stunning location and amazing achievement that Rowena Cade and her gardener built the whole thing by hand! Truly astonishing. There are so many brilliant places to visit though, that The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trebah Gardens are close runners-up!
What camera/mobile phone do you usually use for your photos?
I use my trusty iPhone 6. I’m looking forward to upgrading to the 7 next year though!
If you could take a photograph of anyone or anywhere in the world, where or who would you choose?
Probably Kylie, in Australia. She’s been my favourite since her Neighbours days, and I’ve never been to Australia.
Describe Cornwall in a maximum of three words:
Breathtaking. Family-friendly. Fun.
Pasty or Cream tea?
Cream Tea EVERY time! I love them and we aim to have one every day when we visit, and rate them out of ten. I always go cream first, then jam. I can never remember if this is the Cornish way or Devon. Sorry if it’s Devon!
If you could be anywhere in the World right now doing anything, what would you be doing and where?
Walking around the Guggenheim Museum in New York with my best friends.
Please tell me a random fact about you?
I used to be a showbiz journalist and interviewed hundreds of celebrities. The only one I got a bit star struck over was Matt Goss from Bros. Swoon!
Thank you for the gorgeous photos Becky, but oh my word … cream first? That is the Devon way, but I’ll forgive you. That sounds like a pretty amazing ex career you had!
