Week Three of The LighterLife Fast Diet


Here is how I got on in my third week of the LighterLife Fast diet that I’ve been trialling after they contacted me.


You can also read about week one and week two. In week one I lost 3 lbs and in week two I lost another three pounds, so 6 lbs in total!


Just like last week, the snacks really helped me keep going on the fasting days and were actually so tasty that I would eat them on a normal day too.


LighterLife Fast Light Bites


I knew it would happen at some point though, this week I have actually discovered something from the LighterLife Fast range that I don’t like at all. Their porridge sachets that you mix yourself, really weren’t to my taste.


I loved the FastPots porridge which was a hint of vanilla, but these ones I couldn’t actually eat. I suspect that is personal taste, as no doubt there are people out there who hate vanilla, but for me the vanilla made all the difference. I could happily eat the vanilla one all the time.


My week has been a bit of an odd one, for a reason that I’m not ready to get into I have been pretty stressed out. This has meant that I’ve eaten a bit less healthily than I should have and usually this would have meant that I would have gained several pounds in weight.


If it hadn’t been for LighterLife Fast this week and all of my walking, then I would most definitely have actually put on weight, so I am happy to have maintained my 6 lbs loss this week as I was so sure that I would have gained.


I haven’t lost any weight despite being good on my two fasting days, but despite eating a lot more than I should have I haven’t put a single pound on and I am so happy about that.


Despite the non weight loss I am actually smaller than I was when I used my measuring tape last week, so there is progress still happening despite the stumbling block weight wise. Inches are most definitely as good as lb’s lost. I’m a lot happier with how I look since I started the LighterLife Fast diet and I’m gaining a little bit of my confidence back at last!


I even managed to post some photos on here this week of myself ‘modelling’ new clothes, without cringing and running away. Well okay I did cringe quite a lot, but only because I’m not a fan of being in front of the camera.

I am now entering my fourth and final week of the LighterLife Fast diet and I’m determined it’ll finish as well as it started. I’m certainly not giving up … wish me luck!
